Working impossible hours behind the scenes are the men and woman who monitor and maintain Americas public facilities. I can imagine frantic cleaning, desperate research, and drafting of new protocols. How many are also developing a protection strategy worth boasting about as an invitation to the public to come back to our business safely and with confidence. You will often see UV light units hanging in professional kitchens, and UV light is effective at making Hydroxyl Radicals. However these units have no air flow reducing their effectiveness.
