Effectiveness

The Refrigerant Lubricant supplement Oil system has shown significant improvements to both cooling duty and consumed power within our Trane chiller systems. It is therefore recommended that this product be used in all BAE cooling systems not only for performance improvement, and significant energy savings but also to aid resilience through improved mechanical lubricity and prevent compressor wear and possible mechanical failures. The compressor windings will also run cooler due to the decreased load and lengthen life-expectancy.

Making a Difference

One of our largest single annual expenses has been our water / sewer costs. Our overall charges exceeded $67,000 per year!

Our consultant explained and demonstrated the technology showing us how it will reduce turbulence and compress the air that the meter measures, thus reducing the meter spin by 10 - 20% on average. He also explained how it is installed after the water meter, on the customer side.

The installation was a non-event that took less than two hours to complete. The results have been exactly as predicted. Initial measurements at the water meter show a reduction of more than 19%. There has not been any noticeable water pressure change.

The consultant also identified that we were being charged based on an incorrect water rate. We have since been designated at the correct and lower rate.

Because of the installation of this system we have reduced our water / sewer costs by over $3000 per month with a payback on the device of less than 2 months!

These systems allow hotel management to monitor conditions in guest rooms in real time and make changes remotely, empowering them to proactively anticipate guest requests and minimize disruption to hotel operations. Advanced systems will interface with the hotel’s property management system, enabling the hotel to decrease energy consumption associated with heating and cooling in vacant or unoccupied rooms.
